Chocolate Pudding
Wowww! Chocolate Pudding! Chocolate pudding is a wonderful dessert with chocolate flavour.If you are a chocolate lover like me, you will definitely try this.Ingredients:
2 and 1/4th cup milk,Remember that pudding has high calories that lead to weight gain. It can be a healthy dish if fat free milk or skim milk is used instead of whole milk.
13 tbsp sugar (125gm),
4 tbsp cocoa powder (22gm),
3 and 1/2 tbsp corn flour or cornstarch (40gm),
28gm unsalted butter,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
3 pinches salt

Process
1) Add sugar in a non-stick pan. Add cocoa powder, corn flour or cornstarch and salt with it. Stir to mix it well.
2) Now add milk and mix well with spoon.
3) Cook it over medium flame and stir it constantly until the mixture boils. stirring is required so that the mixture does not stuck at the bottom of the pan. After a few minutes it starts to thicken and the colour of the mixture changes to chocolate.
4) When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from heat. Add butter and vanilla into the mixture. stir well to mix.
5) Pudding is ready. Now pour it into searving bowls and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
