Kitchen Tricks

I have tried these little tricks, thats why I want to share with you today. I think after reading these tips,  you said,'what an idea! How clever is this?" and then Wondering, how this works?

1. Grate Cold Butter before Using

Frozen Butter is very difficult for work. First, you have to keep it from melting to use it, which is really time-consuming. But if you grate cold butter using a grater, it is perfect for adding to flour, topping toast, veggies, breads, muffins, etc. It also makes the butter melt much faster. So try to grating it first and then use it where-ever you want.

2. Freeze Leftover Sauce for Further Use

Wasting food is not a good habbit. But sometimes it’s difficult to prevent. Specially sauces which you need for one-fourth a cup, but you have to buy the full can that you don’t use up. Simply freeze leftover sauces in an ice tray and transfer the frozen cubes into a freezer safe bag.

3. Store Ice Cream In A  Freezer Bag

Use a freezer bag to keep ice cream soft. Any plastic freezer bag keeps the cold air which prevent your ice cream to making hard. If you are fond of soft ice creams, this trick is for you.

4. Keep Your Cutting Board From Sliding

Its very risky to use a sharp knife with a cutting board that slides all over the kitchen counter. therefore for safety purpose, use a wet paper towel or damp hand towel under your board to keep it in its particular position.

5 How to Keep Lettuce Fresh Longer

Before storing it’s important to get the lettuce as dry as possible. Use a dry paper towel to absorbs moisture from the lettuce.

6 The Best Way To Chill Wine

I know you all love to eat cold refrigerated grapes in summer. But do you know they are also fantastic for keeping your wine chilled without watering it down. You can take one or two in a red wine glass also which has been kept at a room temperature that is too warm.
