Tasty Chola Poori is a very popular dish in India. You can prepare it for breakfast as well as for dinner too.

Ingredients:

Maida – 250 gms
Curd – 50 gms
Cooking Soda – a pinch
Ghee – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – to deep fry
Salt – to taste

Method:


1. Take maida, curd, ghee, salt and cooking soda in a bowl.

2. Pour water and mix well to make a smooth dough.

3. Cover it and keep aside for 2 hours.

4. Make small round balls of the dough and using a roller,roll the balls into a round poori.

5. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

6. Deep fry the pooris until it pops fully and then remove it from the pan.

7. Drain excess oil and serve hot with chole bature.
